Aqua By - Charonne

Be careful with this company. The customer service is terrible. They don't care about their clients. 4 days ago I sent an email with a kind request to send me my contract - it's been already 5 days I haven't heard from them. They ignored me. There is also a problem with the temperature of the water. I lost a few sessions because the water in the swimming pool was too cold for me - it was 26 degrees and I don't have the proper clothes to do the sport for 1 hour in the cold water. Have in mind that they advertise their swimming pools "aqua biking in 28 degrees swimming pool"! which is written on the window in Réaumur Studio. Finally, after many questions and arguing with me (???) that 26 degrees is perfect they explained me why the temperature changes and that sometimes it can happen like this. OK. I thought, I will accept it and sometimes I ask before entering the pool what is the temperature. Last time the lady at the counter, she lied to me. What is the problem to tell me what's the temperature of the water? She was rude and she told me that I can check by myself (???). I pay 149€ per month and I lost the whole pleasure of visiting AquaBy. AquaBy has so many positive comments because they promise you some gifts for a review - which btw I have never received for my previous review. The last email from them is "the water in our studios is always between 27-29 degrees) - why do you lie to your customers? It's not true. I can feel the difference and I know when it is 26 - it's very cold. 27 - it's fine. 29 - we had never such warm water. Maybe for kids. The classes and the teachers are amazing - that was my first review of this place. I also read that there are some tricky points in the contract you sign with them, that's why I asked them to see my contract - no reply till now. Big DISAPPOINTMENT. Instead of making the client feel taken care of, they ignore you. For 149€ per month!

I have just completed my third session. Visits to Charonne and Bastille and both have been perfect. The pool and relaxation spaces are comfortable and clean, everything is set up to make you leave with a smile on your face. Great sessions with Ulrich and Aurélien, I'm planning on coming back. Has dramatically helped my backpain. Goo job!

I love it! The place is SUPER clean and they have great facilities. The coaches are super interested in each person, making sure they make the most out of their session. Everyone is nice and approachable and honestly the ambiance in there is very nice as everyone talks and welcomes the other. I am definitely returning, I have definitely found the perfect spot to do aqua bike!

Just amazing. The work out is great, super intense but fun! Every class I did was different and the coaches are all very attentive. The studio is incredible, with everything you might need. The sauna and the hammam are the perfect end to a work out and another incentive for going to class. It's truly very convenient going to class and doing something afterwards - you can have a nice shower, do your hair, etc. I totally recommend it :)
